My name is Niki, and I am a Junior at the University of Minnesota Duluth. I will be graduating in the spring of 2013 in Community Health Education. After graduation, I plan to attend Lake Superior College to be apart of the Dental Hygiene program. I am very eager to become a Dental Hygienist, and I hope to someday work in a Pediatric Clinic so I can work with children.
Aside from being a full time college student, I stay busy with being the Captain of the UMD Dance Team. Our team is a very hardworking group of girls, and we fundraise all year to go to Daytona Beach, FL every April to compete in the Division II Nationals for Dance Team. Last year we won second place, go us!
This blog is designed to help me with a class I am taking at UMD. It is not only something I would consider as "assignments", but I also think about this website as a learning tool for future ideas, goals, plans, and actions I will take. This blogger helps me to organize my thoughts on goals I set for myselfand teaches me proper internet/blogging etiquette.
